Sounds like one of the Host Servers is not running. Did you verify the connection to the 400? The verification wizard will check all the host server connections that Client Access uses. In any case try STRHOSTSVR *ALL and see if that correct your problem. Any idea? I also reinstalled client express on my PC and tried 2 different PCs to do this, I am on v4r5 and use win98 and NT.
