Having numerous problems accessing sites to report/view/change PMR's.  Glad
IBM doesn't design my web sites.

Is anyone else having problems accessing the IBM Redbooks site?  I'm
trying to download a couple and nothing happens.  I can move around the
site OK, just can't look at or download any books.  I've even rebooted.
