Forgive me, but I am going to send some attachments.  We have a system in
which we signon, it does some cleanup work, get's itself into a restricted
state, verifies that it is in a restricted state, runs the appropriate
reclaims and saves, submits jobs to run to get the system back on it's
feet.  (These jobs won't run yet since it is in a restricted state).  Then
it IPL's.  After the IPL the jobs run.  Tested with a complete restore to a
new 400.
