File creation date anomaly using FTP

Using FTP to transfer a file from AS400 to a NT server
is working fine but with one hiccup: The creation date
& time of the transferred file on the server is wrong.
Here we are using th AS400 as client and the FTP
server is (I believe) within IIS. The system date on
the AS400 is correct. The system date on the NT box is
correct. Any idea? Is IIS or the FTP server on NT
keeping a separate date & time?
