It appears that the current version (V5R1) is the one getting all the
updates.  The older versions aren't getting the usability enhancements that
this one is getting.  If you're having trouble finding things on an older
version, try V5R1 even if you're back-level.  Especially, try to navigate
rather than search.  The DB2 page is pretty nice now!
