I wanted to do this too. The best way I found was to retrieve the command
string that invoked me. In the CPP:

RCVMSG     PGMQ(*PRV (*)) MSGQ(*PGMQ) MSGTYPE(*LAST) +
             RMV(*NO) MSG(&CMDMSG)

You have to do a little parsing of the &CMDMSG string, but it seems to work.

Something you might try, anyway.
