Hi Jeff,
I took the lstsplf thing Dan Bale sent me and added a 2 digit input so I
could use '10 = E-Mail' and that worked well...
Regards
Rick

Subject: IBM Fax product
We have the IBM Fax product installed (5798-TBY) and it is working well
for faxing all our purchase orders.
I'm looking for an easy (Read: the users are going to do this so I do
mean Easy with a capital E) way to fax a spool file on an ad hoc basis.
Ideally, when the user is looking at his/her spool files, he/she can
pick the one wanted, put a "10" or something in front of it, then be
prompted for the fax number from the fax master list. Has anyone
written such a front end? Or am I missing it somewhere?
It sure makes sense that IBM would have provided this kind of ease of
use. Along with the "2-Change 3-Hold 4-Delete" etc options, just add
a "10-Fax". But since the option field is 1 character and 1 to 9 are
all used, I don't think it's going to happen. :)
Maybe I can get Brad to upgrade the SPLTOOL thingie . . .
