Jeff,

I don't know about the old PCAS400 configurator - I couldn't find it out on
IBM's site any longer.  However, maybe someone has an old copy sitting
around.

As for the new configurator, check out

Unfortunately you have to be someone with access to IBM Link, e.g. a
business partner to get to the download.
