specious latin quotes was RE: AS/400 service web site is belly up

One of the oldest first year Latin dumb jokes I know.  I would have
attributed it to Julius Caesar, but given his moral reputation, I went with
the more strait laced author. <g> I guess this really belongs on the non
tech list if there's any further interest.
