If you're willing to write it, then you can download a good piece of it from 
the 'Age Spool Files' directory in the Files section of my web site ( 
http://zap.tp/tl400 ). The general program is there (CL and CMD source), 
including a basic method of excluding outqs, users, whatever. Modify the source 
to suit your needs.
