Sorry, but the FILEATR(*SRC) is invalid. You will have to use FILEATR(*PF) but  
this will pick up ALL physical files in the library

I'm doing this without an as/400 so check the keywords:

DSPFD FILE(YOUIBRARY/*ALL) DSPATR(*BASATR) FILEATR(*SRC) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(LIB/FILE)
