It looks like
the password is invalid (maybe),
is the user authorized to login via FTP on the remote system,
is the FTP server on the remote system running?
One of these may (or may not) be your answer.

Hi All,

I know this should be an easy one, but it has been a long time since I have
done this.

I have a CL that runs an FTP transfer.  But I have something wring in my
input file that I am not getting logged in.  I have tries several variations
and don't seem to have the right combination.
