Back in '96 I wrote a command, RTVCMDNAM, to use in CPP's.  It uses QUSRJOBI
with format JOBI0200 and checks the function type byte for a "C", then pulls the
name from the function name bytes.

But this only returns the first level command name, ie what got called from the
menu, not the command which invoked the current CPP.  For my purposes, that is
what I wanted, but that is not what you are asking for in this situation.
