We use ICOM/400 from Pinnacle Business Systems and it works perfectly for us. The support is great. We even received a custom modification that didn't cost us anything. Various types of problems would be program abort, web site not functioning, backups having a problem, etc. I have just started looking at Byteware MessengerPlus, Help systems Robot Alert and console and ASC OpCenter monitor. Are there any others available that I should look at? What are your opinions of the systems mentioned above?
