Nope...just trying to help clarify.... Just as a side note to this discussion. I have a friend who holds a few patents and I believe his last one cost just over $300,000 to get. IBM does patent "ideas" but most patents are mostly engineering "ideas" to begin with and may or may not produce a "end product".
