Usually, no magic... cross match the exchange ids (the controller exchange
id on the 400 is the S/1 line and vice versa, sorry but I forget the names
of the comm objects on the S/1... was it line and controller? Rats!) and the
duplex values, the station address is 01, data link roles -- one should be
*PRI and the other secondary, match the NRZI (non return to zero inverted)
on both.... I'm sure I'm forgetting something.... Jeff?

As for the RJE, I think you need an LPP on the 400, CM1, Communication
Utilties.
