The Midrange-Jobs list, however, sets the reply-to back to the poster.  I
believe David set that up per the nature of that list.  *Normally*, which
doesn't seem typical given the kind of message traffice we've seen in the
past few days, if RecruiterJoe posts a job opening to the list, a
prospective recruit would likely want just to respond to RecruiterJoe and
not the entire list.  Likewise, if ProspectiveRecruit posts something
looking for a job, recruiters or employers are likely only to want to
respond to ProspectiveRecruit.
I have finally gotten to the point that when I respond to a post on
Midrange-Jobs, I remember to paste the Midrange-Jobs address back in the
Send-To.
