Agreed, Rob. In fact, the turnaround is so good, that I *fear* that the list will see more volume now than it has in the past. Why?
1) Urgent questions that people wouldn't have bothered posting to the slow list in the past will now start appearing.
2) More opportunity to converse in a topic, ask questions, keep (?) interest, etc.
(I would really like to see tech & non-tech topics segregated into two lists!)
