I agree with AL. We have exchange 2000 server running 80 users and I
have to reboot it daily. I do not want any help from people with M$
exchange server experience to help me with solving its lock up problem.
I have spent over a thousand dollars for M$ support to scratch there
head and say it must be a hardware issue. I have a loaner 270 from IBM
on its way loaded with notes and domino to allow me to have a reliable
platform to test with. I HATE MICROSOFT! Sorry I just could not hold it
in any more. There support sucks. I am praying that iNotes is the
answer.

Two thoughts...

First of all Kelly no longer owns Domino, it's Jelan Heidelburg (who did
CISC to RISC with me - she is wonderful).

Secondly, Domino is Domino. The end user app is no more or less complex
to
run on a 400. So now you're down to the cost to run the various
platform,
and the economic value of uptime, which the 400 has, and nobody else
has!

Greetings,

I am wondering if you can help me find some information pertaining Total
Cost of Ownership. More specifically, I am looking for TCO for running
Domino on iSeries vs Sun, or Unix environments. Do you know where I
would
be able to view this information? If not, do you know who would have
access to TCO information for Domino running in an iSeries environment
vs
a Sun environment?

TIA...

Don in DC
