I have a requirement to count the number of users signed onto a particular system. This is not really a problem in itself as the List Jobs API gives me this. BUT, users who are signed on with multiple sessions to the same terminal should only be counted once. If they were all attached using TCP/IP this would not be a problem as different sessions share the same TCPIP address and the Retrieve Device Description API gives me this. But, I have to account for dumb terminals with multiple sessions. If the terminal has been set up for different addresses, is there any way to tell that they are using the same terminal?
