We had this problem.  We didn't use nor did we want to use BRMS, so we had to 
delete that licensed program in order that the msgs stop.  On the machines we 
didn't delete it on, we could no longer display tapes, backup, etc after the 
expiration date.  Make sure you are not using or plan on using BRMS, before 
deleting the licpgm.  We were told that IBM just puts all the licpgms out 
there now whether you want them or not and you get msgs warning that it will 
expire until the trial of 45 days is over.
