Hello Howard,

Further to my earlier comments.  I was trying to recall some way of
specifying the compiler options inside the COBOL source like the H-spec
extensions in RPG IV and it escaped me.  However, I came across the
incantation in something else I was doing.  Specify the following:

        PROCESS NOMONOPRC.

at the top of your COBOL source and Bob's your mother's brother.
