Problems with MS HTTP and FTP Services?

Is anyone else having problems with their Microsoft HTTP and FTP services
lately?

We have knowledge of three NT servers having this problem, our and two
customers. The services stop on their own and we manually start the
services again. Everything runs again but stops in an irregular pattern.
