Justin, BlackBox.com lists IC009 Twinax->Coax balun, but it says must be used in pairs, so I don't know it would work for the application you have in mind. Would the datastream be compatible? Or would you just configure the devd as a 3270-family device? That could be a cool display if you could get it to work. I think we used to have one of those at a place I worked and you could configure it to split the screen top/bottom and/or left/right for up to 4 concurrent sessions on the screen at the same time. -Marty ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 19 Jul 2001 10:57:56 -0500 From: "Haase, Justin C." <Justin.Haase@Kingland.com> Subject: IBM model 3290/2 Folks, I found the coolest thing on eBay, had to have it. An old flat-panel plasma display from a coax machine (Sys370 at the time). Anyone know if it's possible to get a converter from twinax to coax so I could run this baby on one of the 400s around here? It's almost 18" across, BRIGHT amber pixels, so so cool. Heavy too. Thanks for your help in advance. Justin C.
