A perfect solution for encouraging Rochester to PTF the V5R1 "%EOF"
functionality...anybody here knows what an SE looks like? In 10 years and
75 customers, I've yet to see one (and I used to be one).

Your SE and/or Service Rep should have access to a tool known as FITS
(Flexible Integrated Tool Set). In there they can create a MR (Marketing
Field Requirement). This MR, when created, will be routed to an
appropriate person in development for a response. If your support
personnel is not familiar with FITS then they should work through their
internal support structure.

I have also discovered that service personnel, when working with a PMR,
can create a FITS MR when the PMR comes back "working as designed"
and you happen to disagree with that design/implementation.

This tool is about a year old so your earlier experiences may have
predated FITS availability.
