Personal opinion - that's been going down since "Fortress Rochester" 
stopped designing and building everything themselves.
The more they assemble these things like your average PC, the more it'll 
behave like one.

Had a client with 2 failures within a VERY short time.  Between 5pm and
11 am the next day.  Didn't catch the first one & have just finished
getting them back restored, up and running.  While it was down, IBM
found a bad power supply also.  Makes me wonder about where quality is 
going.
