Sorry I missed your post.  I had been off prior to yesterday for several
days and returned to find a ton of list posts, and I missed yours as I
tried to check all the ones I was interested in.

Yes, this is now in the past.  In fact, I checked with the manager
earlier today and he's indicated that they've had no problems this week
with performance.  Just those two days.  It didn't seem like they were
that much busier in terms of number of orders, so we're still a little
puzzled about that.  But would like to be in a good position next time
something like this happens.
