Neil,

You might look up Works&Lentz (I think that is the spelling) in Tulsa, OK.  My 
understanding is that they have at least a collections program running on their 
AS/400.  Since they have a 400 they may at least know what is available.  I'd 
give you a name, but this info is just something that a client of mine 
mentioned to me a while back - I don't know anythign about them first-hand.
