HIDE400-SF61569

This is a new one on me.

I downloaded Informational APAR II12537 (Netserver stuff).  One of the
PTFs listed for V4R5 is SF61569.  I tried to order it and got the
following in the joblog (reformatted a bit here):

  PTF SF61569 for product HIDE400 at release V4R5M0 is not available 
  on the service provider
system.                                                            
Recovery  . . . :   Verify the PTF number was typed correctly. If 
  not, type the correct PTF number, and try your request
again.                         
    If you typed the PTF number correctly, contact the service 
    provider and verify PTF SF61569 has been
ordered.                                        

Is this what IBM does ("HIDE400") when a PTF is defective?
