Subject: 3477 keyboard lockup

Help!

A user has pressed something on her keyboard on a 3477 twinax display.
At the bottom of the screen, under the solid line, was a "K". I tried
the record, play, etc keys with no luck. So I power cycled the
display. Now it says "LK". Tried the key. No luck.

Since I bought these used, I have no manual. Can anyone tell me what
this means?
