There's also a website, www.java400.net/edeployment, which hasn't been
updated a whole lot - my attempt at an interactive Internet dicussion of the
book hasn't been terribly successful (welcome to the Internet, land of grand
ideas <grin>).

Perhaps once I move Java400.net to my own server things will liven up a bit.
