Glenn,
I believe that neither DSPOBJD nor RTVDSKINF changes any object's "date last used" except, of course, any outfile that you might create using DSPOBJD or RTVDSKINF's QAEZDISK file.

When this thread started I didn't answer because I assumed a flood of
people would answer and I didn't want to add to the downpour. But
strangely no one has answered it as I would, so here goes:
Use the RTVDSKINF command to gather the data on a periodic basis. This
should be run during off-hours, since "in-use" objects tend to be missed.
It comes shipped with *EXCLUDE authority so it's best to have your security
officer run it.
After the retrieval is done, you can use the PRTDSKINF command to print out
the results in various flavors.

interesting - I am not a 400 right now. Does that command change the date last used on the files/objects as DSPOBJD might ?
