The "old" machine was introduced in 6/94 and killed exactly one year
later by the Risc announcement. It looks exactly like the 9402-400
in appearance, with the only difference being a CDROM on the front
panel. It is a black box. It was the last CISC built. V3R2 is the
only option.

The password problem can be handled by a manual IPL.
