To get a cross reference list from menu options, you can find the options
in a message file of the same name as the menu.
e.g.  DSPMSGD RANGE(*ALL) MSGF({menu library}/{menu name}) DETAIL('*BASIC')
OUTPUT(*PRINT)                                               

The options are usually USRnnnn in the message file where nnnn is
the menu option number.

You will need to have a list of all the message files and then to process
each one reading all messages within each message file.
The commands are free-format so you'll have to be cute to extract the
program name out of the call/sbmjob statement
