Folks,

Why is this so hard. After ENDTCP, STRTCP starts
everything except VPN, where I get:

VPN server not started.
Start Prestart Jobs command is not allowed now.
Routing entry sequence number 2536 already exists.
Compare value conflicts with routing entry 2536.

followed by many more "routing entry conflicts".
What is going on here? How to fix this?
