you guys are right...i see why we had the difference...

when the developer noticed the sluggishness, he ran WRKACTJOB and had fresh
stats to look at...i had already had the WRKACTJOB going on one of my
sessions for a while so when he called about the sluggishness all i did was
press f5 to refresh i did not press f10 to restart the stats...

thanks for clearing that up for me...

Were you both hitting F5 or F10?  F5 refreshes the stats and (from my
experience) tends to show an average and F10 actually restarts the
statistics.  That could have been part of the discrepancy.  Did you both
already have a previous WRKACTJOB display up when he called or did you bring
yours up after he called about the sluggishness?
