The 9402-400 is your very best bet and there are plenty 
available. It will run v4r5 with enough memory. If you have 
trouble locating one, ping me privately for various options.

You can proably get one for under $2,000.

Another option is an older 170 which can be had pretty cheap
also. I am sure you can have one of those for under $5,000
and the nice part is proably an ethernet adapter comes with
it. 

Both options can be in the P05 group and both can have software
subscription.(approx. $600 yearly)
