The two commands are RTVDTAQD and RTNDTAQD; the first is a shell for the retrieve *dtaq description API and the second converts the API receiver variable into all the values a CL program would normally use for CRTDTAQ. They're not much use for *DDM *dtaqs, but pretty handy when you just want to recreate a regular *dtaq.
