I have a couple simple command shells and a CLP on my website ( 
http://zap.to/tl400 ) that can help or show you how to do this. They're basic 
but free. The two commands are RTVDTAQD and RTNDTAQD; the first is a shell for 
the retrieve *dtaq description API and the second converts the API receiver 
variable into all the values a CL program would normally use for CRTDTAQ. 
They're not much use for *DDM *dtaqs, but pretty handy when you just want to 
recreate a regular *dtaq.
