The way to tell if QSPL has an overabundance of memory is to
monitor the non-database faults in the QSPL memory pool.  You
may need to turn off the QPFRADJ while you send a bunch of
spool files that require HPT.  If the non-database faulting
is much higher than 2 faults per second you can speed up the
transform and use less CPU by adding memory to the QSPL
memory pool.  It might be the case that the automatic performance
adjuster isn't doing a good job of adding memory fast enough
when the HPT starts doing it's thing...
