iNation dite updated

The homepage of the iNation site was re-worded and reformated on 6/13.

The links off the homepage are the same, except that a link for "Access" was
added.  There are 2 items on the Access page.

I thought it was very interesting that the very first item was a link to
Easy400, IBM Italy's site for free code and tools to do web programming in
RPG CGI.

The second item was about the User Centered Design Team.
