Don Glad to hear you're coming back to the iSeries. Question, The VB stuff, what's your opinion of it's future? In light of .NET and things. A web person we had in here said that stuff won't be able to be used/transfered to be used, on the web in MS's future directions. John ---------------------------------------------------- Okay gang ... I'm making an iSeries comeback! After three years of Windows/VB/MTS/SQL Server enterprise development, I've decided to get "back into" the AS/400 world. I'm still working on a HUGE VB project ... for the next five years (!) ... but I want to add some E-RPG and Java skills (on the best platform ever, OS/400) so that I can impress this client and put some of the processing on a FAST and RELIABLE platform (OS/400 ... did I mention OS/400?). I'm ready to spring for TimeShare400.com ... unless I hear otherwise. And I'll be MUCH more active on this list (you've been warned!).
