Are we talking about the same thing? The only thing I see on include is the
syntax
 /exec sql include member-name
 /end-exec
from the SQL Programming with Host Languages manual.

If I'm being difficult :) please let me know, we installed the licensed
program over the weekend. I am slowly making progress understanding how the
embedded SQL works.

Loyd, INCLUDE has exactly the same rules as /COPY.  Where did you see
that only a source member was allowed?
