I tried that kinda, Actually, I compiled it interactively, took the source member from the source file that was created in QTEMP, and compiled it from that source that was actually passed to the RPG compiler. I got run time errors. Something was missing. John --------------- Hi John, If nothing else, you should be able to use the TOSRCFILE parameter of the CRTSQLRPGI command. That will put the expanded intermediate source into a different source file.
