I had been using WRKACTJOB view a job, option 11, see stack & from program naming conventions know if the person is on a menu, simple inquiry, actually updating BPCS. With your technique I could see that someone was doing labor ticket input hot & heavy late into the evening, so I checked with her to let me know when done - I delayed shop order purge until her batch updated & I also have various reports I run to see if anything has gone wrong with an application, before I do nitely intrusive stuff.
