I think you need to use the STRS36PRC command.  If you’re going to a menu, though, maybe what you need to do first is start the s/36 environment (STRS36).

I'm working with an active and stable Sys/36 software application.  New function is being added.  There seems no reason to re-write code that has worked right for 15+ years.  However I can't figure out how to run OCL from CL.  For example, i want to run "MENU MASTER,JOBLIB" from CL but of course it won't compile.
