Re: Strange FTP problem

A few things to check.

Is it possible thay are trying commands which are not in their library or
they are not authorized to.

 or

You may  have an FTP exit program running which restricts specific users
from running remote commands.

Hi all,

This one has me stumped. Many of our clients FTP files to us and then
execute a remote command (Quote rcmd xxxx). One client who shall remain
nameless, gets an error whenever they try to use the remote command. It
complains about the syntax of the rcmd command. They are on V4.4. We are on
V4.5. We do have another client on V4.4 who does exactly the same thing
with
complete success.

Any ideas?
