V4R5 and OV

sorry to ask another OV question, but....
knowing that I can still execute OV on V4R5,
if I order V4R5 after May 31(customer fighting
with ibm over subscription contract and may not
be resolved by then), is there a
problem getting OV ? This is existing customer.
Read something on ibm site that OV will definitely
not be avail after May 31, 2001.
Or is the upgrade just going to use the V4R4 version
already on the disk, and call it "compatible"?
