Hi Steve, It sounds like what's needed is a a program that would look at the cume CD, compare it to what's already on your system, and apply the formula accordingly. And as long as we're wishing, if IBM could put the time required at cpw=1 on each PTF on the cume, the program could give fairly accurate estimates.
