Importing SSL Certificates -- MIDRANGE-L

I'm attempting to export our certificate from our
production webserver (running V4R5) to our backup/test
box (running V4R4).  I'm exporting the certificate
with DCM, making sure to specify V4R4 as the target
release.

When I attempt to import it to the V4R4 box, I get the
following error:

Work with Certificates 
Message  An asn.1 encoding/decoding error occurred. 
 
   Certificate store:
 *SYSTEM  

Message  No system certificates found for this
certificate store. 

Any ideas as to how I can make this work?
