It has an option for saving as a PC text file with line spacing & form feeds included. Even if it isn't quite what you want, it comes as source so you could bend it if it's close enough. If you are wanting to hit large numbers of spooled files rather than just certain ones on an ad hoc basis, then either use the *dtaq method, as others have suggested or there is a program in the suite that dumps the contents of an *outq to a file for subsequent processing.
